Provençal style made with South African grapes. Pale pink non-alcoholic rosé wine, made with Chenin Blanc and a whisper of Pinotage. Strawberry is here but takes a back seat to white peach and a bouquet of white florals. Subtle creaminess from a 2 month stay on the lees. Delicate acidity with a clean, lightly mineral finish.
