Roast: Medium Region: Kintamani Highlands Process: Natural Notes: Amazing complexity of sweetness and spice -The Bean: Sweetness with slight aromas of spice -The Grind: Slight sweet berry, melon and cane sugar -The Cup: Medium heaviness with spice and a hint of sweetness while it is hot and more sweetness as it cools off, but maintains some flavorful spices. We use a 1:7 ratio of 1g of grounds to 7g of water and a medium course for drip and pour over. This is just a place to start, but find your perfect cup!
