The TheaterProducts TPWH-1 is a Wireless Headset System for use with Box Office Intercom Systems.  Comfortable, durable headset with mute button.  Charger/Base is sleek and compact.  More than 25 units may be used in the same box office, and range exceeds 40'.  Designed for use with Norcon, Haven and Telex ICW-2 Intercoms.  Includes Power supply and connecting cables. Advantages include More freedom for the operator - Agent can move freely in their work space and the mic is always in front of their mouth. Better communication - Customer and agent can hear each other more clearly. Quieter Box Office - Using a headset shuts off the built-in speaker on the inside unit and allows the agent to speak in a quieter voice. Less Agent Fatigue - Agent can sit comfortably in their seat and not have to stand or lean in to the mic to be heard. Allows agent to walk away (to will call, for example) while remaining in contact with the customer.
