Wired Headset for use with Norcon Intercom Systems. Durable and comfortable headset with Quick Disconnect in the cord. An inline mic mute switch is available. Ideal for use with TTU-1, TTU-3 and TTU-7 equipped with a 3.5mm headset jack. Advantages include:  Better communication - Customer and agent can hear each other more clearly. More freedom for the operator - Agent can move freely in their work space and the mic is always in front of their mouth. Less Agent Fatigue - Agent can sit comfortably in their seat and not have to stand or lean in to the mic to be heard.
