Platycerium Willinckii Sporeling "Moe" Dwarf
Platycerium Willinckii Sporeling "Moe" is a newly discovered individual, derived from the mountain-collected Platycerium Willinckii of Java. This sporeling is a specially selected individual from the spore produced by the mountain-collected Java staghorn fern. What makes Moe truly unique is that it is currently the smallest known individual among all Platycerium species. As a new cultivar, no fully mature specimens are available yet, but based on the oldest immature individual (with the last developing mature fronds), it is estimated that the spore leaves will be approximately the length of a finger at full maturity, while the vegetative leaves will grow to about the length of a thumb. Origin: Derived from a mountain-collected Platycerium Willinckii from Java, Platycerium Willinckii Sporeling "Moe" is a specially selected sporeling chosen for its exceptional small size.
