BEATER Thick Chapter Books

Every hand-sorted box contains a variety of thick chapter books, suitable to read for ages 8-12. ★ [What is a ‘Thick Chapter Book'?] After a child has successfully learned to read, a thick chapter book is the first real 'full-length' book they will begin to explore.   Thick chapter books contain no illustrations(unlike thin chapter books), they have increased word counts, and they contain increasingly complex plots.  They will also have slightly older themes up to young adult.  Every box of our thick chapter books will contain a variety of books for early grades all the way up to a few young adult books. Boxes are sorted and made at the Book Bundler facility in Richmond, Virginia USA.   Our BEATER-grade boxes are back!  These books either have noticeable wear to the book or they are former library books.  Heavily discounted, all BEATER products are sold AS-IS.  BEATER books are still eligible for our replacement program, but not eligible for return.  BEATER products will not have miss
