A black winged swallowtail with inner white-chalky inter-veining in its forewings and white clustered patches in its mid-hindwing with discal red patches wrapped along their outer tailless-winged edges on its underside viewing. Their abdomens are red colored, hence their common name. Their frontal view is the same, although less red and not as vibrant. A beautiful specimen from Obi Island.
