The Arctic Air ACP8SQ 27.5" Compact Refrigerated Countertop Pan Rail offers powerful cooling performance in a sleek, space-saving design. Ideal for prep lines, sandwich shops, and salad stations, this compact model delivers precise temperature control and durable stainless steel construction for reliable day-to-day use. The ACP8SQ includes eight 1/6-size Lexan pans and covers — with 6” deep pans in the back and 4” deep pans in the front. Its coldwall heat exchange system maintains consistent cooling across all pans, holding ingredients between 33°F and 41°F. Built with a full stainless steel interior liner and exterior shell, the unit ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. This self-contained, capillary tube refrigeration system operates with eco-friendly R600a Hydrocarbon refrigerant. The ACP8SQ features manual defrost operation and does not include an on/off switch; simply unplug or de-energize the unit to defrost. It includes non-scratch plastic feet for stability and
