The Arctic Air AMT60R 61.25" Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table delivers high-capacity, commercial-grade performance for busy kitchens. With 15.5 cu. ft. of internal space and 24 included 1/6-size clear Lexan pans, this two-section prep unit supports efficient ingredient access and consistent cold storage. Built with vaulted self-closing doors that remain open at 90°, a full-length 9" deep cutting board, and a rugged stainless steel exterior, the AMT60R is designed for workflow and durability. Inside, a bright white ABS liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners promote cleanliness and food safety. The rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, controlled via an external digital LED thermostat. The hot gas condensate loop and large fan motors ensure quick temperature recovery and energy-efficient performance. Four casters (2 locking) come standard for easy mobility.
