The Arctic Air AMT72R 71.5" Mega Top Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is engineered for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering generous storage, prep space, and food-safe refrigeration. With a full 18 cu. ft. capacity and 27 included 1/6-size clear Lexan pans, this three-section unit maximizes productivity in prep line operations. The durable stainless steel exterior is paired with a white ABS interior liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners for cleanliness and durability. Its three solid vaulted self-closing doors stay open at 90°, and magnetic gaskets are tool-free removable. The full-length, 9" deep cutting board offers ample workspace directly in front of your ingredients. Temperature is maintained between 33°F and 41°F using an efficient rear-mounted refrigeration system with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a hot gas condensate loop.
