The Arctic Air APP71R 71" Pizza Prep Table is built for high-performance foodservice operations needing ample prep space, cold ingredient storage, and durable construction. With 21 cu. ft. of capacity and 9 included 1/3-size Lexan pans, this two-section model features a raised refrigerated pan rail that uses a cool “air over” design for even temperature distribution. A full-length 17.75" deep cutting board provides generous prep space, while two solid vaulted doors offer self-closing operation with a stay-open feature at 90°. The cabinet's exterior is stainless steel, and the interior features a white ABS liner with a stainless steel floor and coved corners for food safety and easy cleaning. The unit includes an external digital LED thermostat and uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Rear-mounted refrigeration, a hot gas condensate loop, and oversized fan motors ensure rapid cooling and minimal maintenance. Comes standard with 3" casters (2 locking) for mobility.
