The Arctic Air APP94R 94" Pizza Prep Table is a high-capacity, professional-grade solution for pizzerias and high-volume commercial kitchens. With 31 cu. ft. of interior space and 12 included 1/3-size Lexan pans, this unit is built for speed, efficiency, and cold ingredient storage right at the prep line. Designed for lasting durability, the APP94R features a stainless steel exterior, a 17.75" deep cutting board, and a raised refrigerated pan rail with a cool “air over” design. Three vaulted solid self-closing doors stay open at 90° for convenient access. Inside, the bright white ABS liner and coved stainless steel floor ensure sanitation and easy cleaning. The side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system operates between 33°F and 41°F, controlled by an external digital LED thermostat. This unit uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and includes a hot gas condensate loop for low-maintenance performance. Easy-roll 3" casters (2 locking) come standard.
