The unit features a bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, paired with an electronic thermostat and external digital LED display for precise temperature control from +33°F to +41°F. A solid self-closing door includes a lock, stay-open feature at 90°, and removable magnetic gasket for easy maintenance. The field-reversible door adds installation flexibility. Three adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves and large fan motors promote even air distribution and fast recovery. The AR23 includes 5.5" casters (2 locking), meets NSF Standard 7 for open food storage, and holds full-size sheet pans front to back with optional pan slides.
