RIFFS Take a piece of loosely cooked bacon, loop it inside the mold, and put in crabcake mixture for a bacon crabcake. Put in flattened Bao dough and press in for baked bao Layer in pre-cut masa flour dough and cheese and beans, and another dough layer on top. Drop them into the ring for well-formed, light pupusas! MY TAKE I have used steel rings for a long time, and Norpro makes them, but I switched to the non-stick to make life easier. I could have gone the route of silicone, but thus far none of the molds that I’ve tried are tall enough strong enough or get hot enough to force the dough of a crumpet or muf
