Private Event Deposit

Thanks for scheduling a private event with The Little Refinery, we can’t wait to celebrate with you!! If you haven’t booked a date directly with Megan, please start here👈 Deposit Details: For Bellingham Area Private Events: A 6-guest and 6-bracelet (or anklet/necklace) permanent jewelry purchase is required for permanent events (rings do not count towards the minimum). For Private Events outside of Whatcom County: A 10-guest and 10-bracelet (or anklet/necklace) permanent jewelry purchase is required (rings do not count towards the minimum). This $50 deposit is also required to reserve your time. The deposit WILL be fully refunded after the event once the 6-item minimum has been met 💫 The deposit will NOT be refunded if purchase minimum is not met at the event.  Deposits cannot be refunded if you cancel your event after booking (by paying this deposit), as we will turn down other events/markets in order to reserve your special day 🫶 Thanks so much for including The Little Refinery in yo
