Wishes Of the Heart

I was at an orphanage and we were playing games with kids outside. After a while, I needed a break and I just started walking around. In a small patch of yard, I saw a little girl looking down at something in her hands. At first, I thought it must have been a phone but as I watched, I saw it looked more like a ball.Walking over near her, I finally recognized the toy she was playing with as a 'Magic 8 Ball.' She'd mumble something, shake the toy and look at the answer.I asked, "Are you having fun?"She nodded, smiled and told me, "I'm just making wishes from my heart."I nearly broke down in tears at the genuineness and the frailty in her voice.After talking with her awhile, I found out she'd been at the orphanage for about a year.
