In-Center Sleep Testing

In-Center Sleep Testing is performed at Sleep Medicine Institute of Texas, PA. It is an AASM accredited Full Service Sleep Disorders Center in Tyler, Texas.  This service is available only for residents of Texas. The study is performed by registered Polysomnography technicians that have 20+ years of experience and are fully trained in performing all types of in-center sleep testing. The supervising physician is Board Certified in Sleep Medicine. There are six types of in-center sleep tests. Three of these are performed at night and one of these is performed during the day. These are more advanced than home sleep apnea testing. 1. Diagnostic Sleep Test: (6 years and older) This is a night sleep study and is used to diagnose a variety of sleep disorder including sleep apnea, periodic limb movements of sleep, sleep-related cardiac arrhythmia, sleep-induced hypertension are amongst some of the sleep disorders tested at Sleep Medicine Institute of Texas, PA. 2.
