Mindful breathing is a simple exercise that involves focusing on your on breath and redirecting your attention back to your breathing whenever it wanders. However, focusing on the breath alone can be a bit difficult at times, so this activity gives you a few more anchors for your attention - your senses of sight and touch. For this activity, you'll use your finger to trace the art. You'll watch your finger to engage your sense of sight. You'll also feel the paper as your finger moves across the page.
