Look for the light this season. Join us for a special event on the shortest day of the year! The winter solstice is a time to slow down, focus on gratitude, and commit to being the light we need in the world. In this hour-long event, Amy will lead you in a guided meditation, some gentle movements, and a meaningful activity. It's a great chance to pause before the holidays and care for yourself. This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners. No prior yoga experience necessary. Join us on Sunday, December 21 at 5:30 pm at The Perch! You're invited to wear comfortable clothing you can move around in (i.e., yoga clothes, sweatpants, or other clothing you'd wear to the gym). If you have a yoga mat, you're welcome to bring it, but we also have plenty to share. You'll have the opportunity to take off your shoes, so please plan accordingly.
