Measurements (not including tab) are: 3.54" (9 cm) length by 1.89" (4.8 cm) wide. Snap pin diameter on the Pad measures 3.5 mm. The tab is 1 cm (.4") in length. When removing pads, using the tab to remove will prolong the life of the massage pad. Set includes 16 Pads (8 sets). Each set is packaged in a resealable storage bag.
