PROPOSAL FOR CUSTOM MILLWORK ​Date: November 18, 2025 Prepared For: Dan Project: Custom Library & Bookcase Build ​PROJECT OVERVIEW ​Design, fabrication, and installation of a custom wall-to-wall library system. This project transforms the space using modular, architectural-grade cabinetry designed to fit the specific dimensions of the room, accommodating existing windows, doors, and traffic flow. ​SCOPE OF WORK ​1. Fabrication Strategy ​Construction: "Stockton Mill" style sturdy construction using 3/4" cabinet-grade veneer plywood for all structural components (sides, tops, bottoms, shelves). ​Face Frames: Solid HARDWOOD face frames for durability and a seamless, built-in appearance. ​Backing: 1/4" solid backing on all units for structural rigidity and wall protection. ​Modularity: Cabinets are constructed as individual "carcasses" (boxes) to allow for precise installation and future movability if required. ​2. The Layout (11 Total Custom Units) All tall units are 84" Height x 10"
