Elegant Utah Quad "L" Bunkbeds

This L-shaped twin xl quad bunk configuration is  perfect for your Air bnb, condo, guest house, or your grandchildren. It has the solid round safety rails for the top bunks and comes complete with the large residential steps and the designer bottom skirts around the bottom beds.  The configuration is Twin XL's on the left with Twin XL/Queen on the right.
