Light and airy confetti print dress that has a flared skirt with ruffle hem detail. Vertical seaming detail throughout. Back button and zipper closure that creates a keyhole design. This dress is a little sheer so you may need to wear a long camisole or slip underneath. There was not a fabric tag on this but it feels like a polyester or rayon and we thought there could possibly be some silk but not positive.
