studio repair for Thicket jewelry

We’re always glad to repair pieces of Thicket jewelry at any point in their lifetime.  We charge an $18 repair fee that helps to defray the cost of shipping and the additional fine metal materials that repairs require. We don’t charge for the studio labor - we’re committed to repairing pieces as a sustainability practice. In the rare instance that a piece is damaged in such a way that significantly more additional materials are required we will let you know that before proceeding with the repair. If you have a Thicket piece in need of repair and you're ready to jump right into the process place an order for this studio repair fee and we'll be in touch! We’ll provide a return shipping label for you to send the piece back to the studio.  Repairs have a two week turnaround once the piece has arrived at the studio.
