Servicing Your Thinklabs Y One Headset To send your Thinklabs Y One Headset for service and repair:  Purchase this Y One Headset Service:Qty = The number of headsets you are sending in.Shipping Address / Method = the return address we send your headset and shipping method - Ground, overnight etc. Email will be sent to you with Return Instructions. Send in your headset per the Return Instructions. Warranty Service - Our team will evaluate your headset. If covered by the 1 year warranty, you will be refunded for this service charge. Shipping costs still apply. Service Time - We aim to please! The Y One Headsets are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days after receipt at our facility. We no longer repair the Thinklabs ds32 model This service is for Thinklabs One Y Headset only.  If you are also sending in a stethoscope for repair, you will need to add a Stethoscope Service to your order as well and fill out the appropriate form.
