Next up in our 2026 Barrel Aged Release Series.... 2026 TOTAL DEBOCKERY BARREL AGED DOPPELBOCK 10.0% ALC/VOL | 23 IBU This 10% Barrel-Aged Doppelbock was aged in a New Riff “Slow Burn” Deep Well Rye Whiskey barrel, layering rich malt notes of toasted bread, caramel, and molasses with rye spice, vanilla, and oak. Smooth, warming, and deceptively drinkable, it bridges old-world lager depth with bold barrel character.
