
TALON EVOLUTIONS
The T-38 Talon is the US Air Force's advanced, supersonic jet trainer. Accepted into service in 1961, the T-38 has trained more than 70,000 US Air Force pilots, and is an iconic symbol of the service's growth from the early jet age to today. Still used to prepare pilots headed towards America's advanced, 5th Generation Fighter Aircraft, the T-38 has also served as a demonstration aircraft, proficiency trainer, "red air" Aggressor, test and chase bird, and numerous other roles. Its nimble handling, ease of service, reliability, and cost effectiveness have literally set almost all the bars for follow on trainer aircraft.
