Guatemala Huehuetenango Dark

10 oz (283g) Flavor Notes: Dark Caramel, Almond, Malt Process: Washed Roast Level: 3/4 Another fantastic and sweet Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region. I roasted this coffee just dark enough to please dark roast fans but roasted faster and with decreased time in development so it preserves more sweetness than a more traditional roast style. This style of roast leads to a hefty cup of flavor with lingering aftertaste and complex caramelized sweetness with a malty backbone and hint of almond as the cup cools.
