The station was purchased and renovated by Kula, resuming operations after a period of inactivity. Coffee Profile Processing Method: Fully Washed Varieties: Jackson, Bourbon Mayaguez Producers: Coffee cherries sourced from approximately 800 smallholding farmers in the nearby area, each typically owning around 400 trees. Quality and Sustainability Quality Assurance: Extensive sorting processes including floating, channel sorting, and hand sorting. Day lots are cupped throughout the season to identify the highest quality batches, which are then combined to create the Nziza Cyane microlot.
