Olla winter storage box that hold 25 ollas. Olla cotta cups need to be removed at the end of the growing season if you live in a climate with hard winter freezes (USDA grow zones 8 and below). We've tested them down to 16 degrees for a week without failure but recommend removal for maximum longevity. To store your olla cotta cups, shut off water to your reservoir about 2 weeks before removal. The ollas will slowly drain. After a week or two, disconnect tubing by pushing tube into fitting, then pulling out (like a Chinese finger trap).
