Active Sourdough Starter

Pick up only at This & That in Owasso, OK for now. Shipping will be available soon! Contact 918-888-0400 to arrange pickup.  A healthy sourdough starter should be active, balanced, and predictable. It should reliably rise and fall whenever it is fed! Starter has only ever been fed Organic Bread Flour and Purified Water.  Does not need to be fed daily and thrives living in your refrigerator and fed on more of a weekly schedule. 16oz glass mason jar with 200g of active fed starter!  Starter is given in the Workshops if you sign up for one of those!
