Paulette Rollo 100% Lambswool Basketweave Throw

This fringed throw blanket is made of 100% Scottish lambswool in Scotland's last remaining vertical mill by skilled Scottish artisans. Dyeing, spinning, warping, weaving & finishing are all done in a single, 200-year-old mill. Fiber-washed in clear, pure Scottish waters (coming down from the Grampians to the Firth), ensuring true, clear, non-toxic colors and a soft finish. Based on traditional pattern, the 6 colors in the blanket are related like stained glass windows, from pale to deep. Soft and ample for the reading chair, or at the foot of a twin bed. Woven double face, with no true front or back. Textile designer Paulette Rollo has been designing in Scotland for nearly 2 decades. Her work is recognizable in clear colors and beautiful, complex weaves that update traditional Scottish loomwork.
