Florida Panther - Limited Edition Print

Cats are curious creatures. They must always investigate their surroundings. I painted this magnificent Florida Panther while attending a painting workshop on Ussepa Island, Florida. The panther has had many common name including the mountain lion, cougar, and puma. Today this majestic creature is on the brink of extinction. The remaining Florida Panthers now live on the Big Cypress National Preserve and Everglades National Park in Florida. Many experts believe that the Florida Panther is now one of the most endangered mammals in the world.
