Pasture Raised Chicken Backs

Our pasture raised chicken backs are perfect for your stock, broth, or any other type of seasoning need.  I am confident you will be able to taste the rich flavor that comes with our slow grown pasture raised chickens.   Our chickens are raised on lush green pastures for the entirety of their lives! The constant source of green grass creates a beautiful dark yellow fat in the chicken meat. Our chickens are raised with the same care and attention that we give to our hogs. You will not find a cleaner chicken farm, nor a cleaner chicken processing plant.  Unlike most chicken farms, we do not rush the raising of our birds. While the typical poultry farm aims to grow their birds out within 6-8 weeks, we allow our chicken to grow out for 8-10 weeks. Our motto for pork has always been : Raise em' the old fashioned way; which is slow. We are putting that same emphasis on our chicken.  Our bone in chicken back are packaged 4 backs to a package. 1 pack averages 2.50 lbs.
