Cernunnos, (Celtic: “Horned One”) in Celtic religion, an archaic and powerful forest deity, widely worshipped as the “lord of wild things.” Cernunnos may have had a variety of names in different parts of the Celtic world, but his attributes were generally consistent. He  represents nature, flora and fauna, and fertility.
