Zenith Meat Cleaver

Description: The Zenith 67 Meat Cleaver is guaranteed to give you bragging rights for the rest of your life!  It's a heavy duty chopper, 7 inches long, great for butchering large cuts of meat and cutting through bone. Made with laminated stainless steel using 7Cr17MoV as the core. It 67 layers of laminated steel vacuum heat treated to a Rockwell Hardness of 58. A bit more forgiving, exactly what you need in a cleaver.   The blade was hand-finished at a 27.5 degree wet sharpened grind angle and then polished to scary sharp perfection.  The handle is made of figured sycamore, and includes a brass and copper decorative inlay on the pommel. The bolster is rounded to perfectly fit your thumb and first finger without an irritating edge that digs into your skin. Comes in a presentation gift box.
