Farmer Profile Ricardo Ureña Rojas and his siblings honor the work of their parents with amazing care for the coffee, and for the environment by specializing in coffees that require minimal water usage. In 2005 their parents, Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas founded Cafe Rivense in the Brunca Region near the Chirripó Mountain.
