Rianjagi AA   Taste Story This delicate washed Kenyan lot opens with blackberry sweetness, and a pleasant pop of tartness. A little more into the sip you’ll find a sweet cream like mouthfeel, and a light touch of brown sugar. The juiciness of a golden pear ties everything together before a bright citrus finish provides excitement for the next sip. This lot is full of fruity, juicy and bright flavors you’ll love.  Processing Journey Hand-picked coffee cherries undergo meticulous sorting upon arrival at the washing station. The “cherry clerk” ensures unripe and damaged cherries are removed before the highest quality, befitting of the AA grade,  cherries are pulped and fermented for 24-36 hours. The coffee is rinsed, and then set on drying beds for 7-12 days.
