As it cools, you’ll experience a silky sweet finish.   Processing Journey After a rigorous sorting process the coffee cherries are depulped and fermented for 72 hours. After this they are thoroughly washed, and then spread on drying beds to sun dry for 8-12 days.  Farmer Profile Udesa For translates to “resting under a tree,” inspired by the shade-grown coffee of the Guji region.
