STORY We are raising our mugs to 10 years in the business with this boozy, fruity, and smooth coffee! This celebratory blend is brought to you from three of our different partners. Sebastian Ramirez (60%): Sixty percent of the blend comes from Sebastian Ramirez in Colombia. He has brought some great coffees to Three Tree in recent history and this is no exception! Sebastian is a 4th generation coffee farmer and is aiding the young producer program through Unblended to train the next generation of farmers. He is pushing the boundaries with his experimental coffees. The coffee in our Survivor blend is a Natural Caturra. It is fermented for 72 hours and dried naturally, meaning that the coffee cherry, pulp, and parchment remains intact through the drying process. This coffee shines in this blend. It is boozy, fermented, fruity, and intense and carries the blend giving it a lingering aftertaste. Higa Coffee (20%): Twenty percent of the blend is a Washed Burundi coffee from Higa Coffee Impo
