By "sustainable", we mean brewed with second-use fruit. In this instance, they're nectarines originally used in Eternal Return Nectarine, sourced from Toigo Orchards in Pennsylvania. Thought Experiment beers were designed as a series of easy-drinking beverages that blur the line between saison and fruit beer.
