Thought Experiment Peach (Saison Ale) 750ml

Saison Ale brewed with Second-Use Peaches 4.8% ABV Tasting Notes: Peach Essence, Honey, Spritzy, Extra Dry, Drinkability++ 750ml bottle Our Thought Experiment series focuses on aging an ordinary Table Beer saison base on second use whole fruit previously living in another beer.  For this run, we used peaches from Toigo Orchards which originally lived with our Rare Barrel collaboration, Source of Truth. As usual, the second use fruit beer will be more quaffable, delicately fruity, spritzy, and champagne-like than its predecessor. The Thought Experiment series intentionally blurs the line between saison and fruit beer. It's our attempt at making fruit beers that are everyday drinkers.  Other beers in this series available now include Thought Experiment Blueberry.
