What's the solera method, you ask? It's a method of blending young and aged beer, We've been using the same foudre for over four years, resulting in a product that retains its singular identity and point of view, yet flexes nuanced expression. The flavors in Wandering Bine would be impossible to replicate using another method or vessel.  Fourteen blends later, we're still smitten. Complex brett berry notes interact with warming oak character. High natural carbonation, supremely dry and fruity funky, our newest blend remains a knockout.
