Little Gem Romaine Lettuce

Little Gem is an heirloom, romaine-type lettuce that produces small, 4 to 6-inch heads with crisp, green leaves.  Miniature heads are often sliced in half, sprinkled with almonds, goat cheese or other toppings, and then drizzled with dressing for a fancy, gourmet-style salad.  Also popular for roasting.  Inner leaves make excellent miniature lettuce wraps and boats.  Matures approximately 50 days after sowing.  Each packet contains a minimum of 250 seeds.
