10s Antique Cotton Eyelet Lace Corset Cover

Antique, 1910s eyelet lace corset cover. So pretty and so delicate. Lace is in good, wearable condition. I am uncertain how the closure worked. There is a hidden button placket but only two buttonholes in the middle section, no buttonholes on the top or bottom. I am assuming there was some sort of draw string or ties at the top and bottom, there is nothing there currently.
