10s Chic Black Wool Walking Skirt Asymmetric Hem

This is a lovely black wool walking skirt from the teens. The skirt is a more narrow silhouette falling to the ankles with an asymmetric overskirt that falls to just under the knee on the side and in the front sweeps a few inches higher than the hem. On the overskirt, there is a black silk ribbon that runs down the left side with a little faux buckle at the hem made of wool. The skirt is lined in black cotton. There is a Petersham waistband on the inside that fastens with 3 large hooks and eyes. There are also snaps on the cotton lining and the wool. Condition:The skirt is in great condition, the only thing to note is that the hooks are a bit rusty. I don't have large hooks to replace them.
