This is the outer sheath of a flapper dress. it has a drop waist. The bodice is very simple with glass beads around the neckline and arms. The bottom is heavily beaded with a large opening in the back to give some movement. There are some holes in the bodice as shown. The chest measures 18 inches under arm to under arm, and the length is 44 inches shoulder to hem.
