30s/40s Cream Silk Satin Trench Styled Peignoir Robe Lace

This is a luxurious 30s/40s peignoir robe made of just the most wonderful cream silk crepe-backed satin. The robe is styled like a trench coat with large lapels covered in a lovely tambour lace. There are little shoulder pads attached inside to help structure the robe. It has long sleeves with little lace cuffs that match the lace on the lapels. The robe is double-breasted and fastens at the waist with 4 silk and lace-covered buttons. The robe falls to mid-calf in a nice full A-line silhouette.
