30s Black Velvet Asymmetrical Hat Rhinestone Brooch

1930s Black Velvet HatSets closely on the crown slightly to the side giving the front that asymmetrical style. Front has an upturned flat brim embellished on the right side with a clear rhinestone question mark brooch. Tucked behind the brim is an array of back netting. Interior is lined with black twill fabric and the standard petersham band.
