40s Red Gabardine Peplum Skirt Suit

This beautiful suit is from the 40's. Made of a cherry red gabardine wool. Peplum style jacket with covered buttons down the front. Fitted waist. Princess seaming. Shoulder pads. The details are in the back. At the waist are 3 button details. Flirty peplum with a little swing. The skirt is an A-line style with side metal zip and button closure. There are a few minor flaws. There is a small seam stress on at the top of one side of the princess seam near the sleeve. A few stitches will fix this. On the right shoulder there is a very faint watermark (shown) this is very hard to see in the photo. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
